Kristie Matrix and Brooklyn have done such a great job at making my daughter and I feel at ease every time we go in! The office staff are so friendly. Everyone talks to my daughter instead of around her which makes her feel included and heard.
I had made an appt for my 4 day old at another Dr office (not of Ascension) got to my appt with my 4 day old, to be told they don't take my insurance and I'd have to pay out of pocket or I could cancel and try to find someone else. I told them I'd cancel and find someone else. I went around the corner to Ascension Pediatrics, I explained to them what happened, not only were they able to work us in, but the staff was beyond inviting and friendly!
