I have been a customer of Kristie’s for decades now. Through teen drivers, accidents, and broken windows, I have always been taken care of in an efficient and friendly manner. Today I called to make changes to my policy . Kenton was very professional and kind. Kristie’s State Farm office offers confidence in their service and a sense of security for my family.
As always the excellent staff at my local State farm were as knowledgeable and friendly as ever. Just an exceptional company to do business with would recommend them to anyone.

3.5, but not 4. Almost 2year customer, office is having issues. Uncoordinated effort, wrong statements sent, raised rates after quote without additional customer coordination, rep didn't remember policy conversation and discussion, duplicate work effort. Rates are competitive, but office work is lacking, confusing, or lacks unity of effort. I would recommend to Hire an experienced office manager.
