Mae was amazing helping us today.. she went above and beyond what was expected… I would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for home/auto insurance and helping with much more like helping with getting my vehicle licensed for business as well..
We’ve used this office for a years for all of our insurance with zero issue - home, multiple auto, and life insurances. I don’t think we’ve ever filed an insurance claim & we paid our insurances on time. Recently they switched the billing system and with that created hiccups in one of our auto policies. Without warning our insurance was canceled due to a missed payment - mind you, it’s auto drafted and we didn’t miss a payment their system just didn’t auto draft it like usual.
