Pros: Responsive; quick to complete the job (removal of 4 trees); thorough with tree removal; price Cons: Miscommunication with estimate (did not provide a written estimate initially and the day of the job I was told the job was different than what I had initially requested - removal of 3 trees instead of 4, so the price was raised); tree trimming sub-par as they "did not have the correct equipment" for the full trimmings requested
