2 out of 5 came back worse than they went. Called to explain when we got it back how horrible it sounded and it went in fine. Just needed some maintenance done. Not going to write out the whole situation but company wouldnt own up to it. So we will not be a returning customer.
Had 5 welders calibrated and the whole process went smooth from start to finish. Our service writer Sydney was very professional and informative through the entire process making the appointment very quick and easy. The tech William who came out was very quick and efficient calibrating the machines. Will be calling Kristian for all service needs!
