We heard about Kristian Electric about a year ago when we had purchased an old welder that needed some serious love. They had our machine back up and running with updates throughout. 10 out of 10 on the sales and service. Have been going to Kristjan Electric for many years. This year I was introduced to Josh Couture in sales and is now pretty much the only guy I call for all my welding supplies or questions. I’ve even texted or called after hours with questions regarding supplies or quotes on consumables or welders. I am a rig welder and my machine working is the piece of equipment that gets me a paycheque without it is like a plumber without a pipe wrench. I’ve been dealing with some issues recently on my new machine, which can be very stressful while working far away on the road and my livelihood at stake. Took my Miller control box there for them to inspect and figure out why my spool gun wasn’t working consistently with it. Specifically asked them to check reed switch (which they didn’t). They had it for close to a month after I was told it would be done within a week (as I was going to be passing back through Saskatoon) upon getting it back, it was NOT fixed, a 300+ dollar bill and being told it needed close to 3grand in parts.
