Dawson was amazing. Geico was charging me over $600 closer to $700 for just auto insurance..Allstate is charging me $391/mth for the same full coverage and I even added renters insurance. I'm happy to have switched. Everyone I've talked to so far is very personable and friendly. Much more personal then Geico.. Thank you Dawson and to all of your other colleagues I have gotten a chance to speak to. I have also been thanked twice for being a new customer. I definitely recommend them

Wasn't a customer for this agency, bought policies online... So....super long story but, essentially a weird computer glitch at Allstate created a renewal problem for my homeowners insurance (no one, and I mean no one, could fix it. I spent collectively, no exaggeration, 8 hrs, over multiple calls with the home office CSR's and agents, trying to get it ironed out....nothing) I reached out to to this office in a last attempt to get some help. Efficient and knowledgeable staff! Kristi and Kristen made the quoting process super easy, and they were able to field and answer any questions that I had about my personal insurance. Would highly recommend getting your insurance through their agency.

My family and I all have policies with this agency. Husband and I have been with the Weiss-Hooser agency (first with Kristi’s dad, Steve Weiss) since we were first married - over 35 years! We have had only excellent service from anyone in their office. We’ve had a couple of claims over the years, each time guided through the process efficiently. I highly recommend Kristi and her team.

Danielle made the entire process of insuring my vehicle completely seamless and stress-free. After shopping around and receiving multiple quotes, I found that this was hands-down the best value for the coverage. If you’re looking for great rates and even better service, I highly recommend Allstate!
