My previous insurer I was with over 30 years. After tripling or quadruple my rates, I'd had enough. I contacted them, their response was basically, oh well, thats the way it is. DeAnna from Allstate is awesome. She spent alot of time on the phone making sure I was getting her best rate and what I needed, but she cared. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Danielle made the entire process of insuring my vehicle completely seamless and stress-free. After shopping around and receiving multiple quotes, I found that this was hands-down the best value for the coverage. Michelle Thompson was my sales representative when I needed car and condo insurance. Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable about Allstates insurance products. I wanted full coverage on my car and Michelle took the time to explain each item covered and assure me I was fully covered. Regarding my condo policy, again Michelle took the time to go over all Items covered and also recommend another item that is wise as a condo owner to add to your policy. If I had questions Michelle was always happy to follow up.
