Deanne Roughton was my agent when I was adding a motorcycle to my policy. This is my first motorcycle to own and was nervous about all the details involved with owning a motorcycle. She was extremely helpful in guiding me though the options available for insuring a motorcycle. Her pleasant demeanor made me feel comfortable as we worked through the choices for insurance. If any of my friends ever ask me who I use to insure my cars, house or motorcycle, I will recommend Allstate and Deanne as their agent.
Kristi and Melissa have been so great to work with. Just about a year ago my rates went through the roof with another provider. Melissa worked to save me TONS on my policy. Recently I was rear ended twice and yet again she was there to support. Very responsive and had all the suggestions for getting things done right. She offers me options to cut cost and I could not be happier with her service!
