I hate going to the dentist but... They are amazing! Beautiful and convenient office space Uptown with easy parking. Wonderful staff, gentle hygienists, and very nice dentists. Can't say enough positive things about them. Services used: routine cleanings and more advanced scaling.
Excellent Dentist have been going to Dr. Kalons since she and her partner Dr. Glidewell opened their practice in uptown Charlotte. The facility is first rate and each chair has it's ownflat screen television that you can watch while you wait and even while you have work done. Then enjoy the view of uptown from the 14th floor. The hygientists are all wonderful, I love seeing them almost as much as the doctors. Kalons & Glidewell is a good place to get dental service. My experience with the staff at Kalons & Glidewell was a a good one. Most of the staff had a professional and courteous attitude towards me. There was just one minor incident that i did not like and when the people in charge found out, they were more than happy to pacify the problem.
very satisfied and strongly recommend to others Grea experience, Very friendly and professional staff. Dr Kalons took me step by step of what is necessary and what is being done. I got three things done here: general cleaning, crown, and bite guard, Very convenient location for anyone in uptown and I recommend it highly.
Kalons & Glidewell come highly recommended..... Excellent experience! I have had the pleasure of using this dental practice for my dental needs for two years now. The atmosphere has always been professional, but very comfortable. The office is like no other office that i have used in the past. I would highly recommend using this office.
Dental Heaven! The most up-to-date, skilled, and professional staff AND courtesy and customer service that reminds you of the good old days. Just incredible! Dr. Glidewell is so caring and her support staff are all angels. I cannot overstate how wonderful it is to find this level of caring.
BEWARE! DO NOT USE BEWARE! DO NOT USE…In 2014 I was a patient here and needed some major restoration completed. I gave them my insurance information and received a quote for the work that was needed. As it was stated to me, this was not an estimate because they had my insurance information on file and contacted my insurance for the quote. I went ahead and had the work completed.
