She is a great listener and addresses your concerns and doesn't push anything on you but instead she discusses her treatment idea and gets your input whether you are okay with it and what other options are available to you. The office is wonderful with referrals, they get right on it for you and try to make things easier for you as far as scheduling, if possible. All the staff in the office are polite and friendly.
