Kristi Maas was beyond unprofessional. I had the worst experience with her. I highly advise not going with her!
Had an introductory appointment with Kristi and found the conversation to be both informative and comforting. She is an incredibly knowledgeable provider who made me feel supported and at ease throughout the process. I would feel fully confident using her services in the future should I need additional fertility support.
This office did not treat me well. Today is Monday, I drove 45 minutes last Thursday, left work early, my husband left work early for an appointment and was turned away because I hadnt finished bleeding which I was not informed was a requirement for my procedure even though I had just reported the first day of my cycle they chose to schedule me.
