My dental surgery was a nightmare from beginning to end. Chaotic office, substandard billing procedure, PAINFUL surgery - inexcusable.
Going to this office was the most efficient and pleasant dental/medical experience I’ve had in New Orleans yet. Office is clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and efficient. Dr. Soileau was amazing! I am so thankful my first periodontist experience was with her and her staff. Thank you all!

Dr. Kristi Soileau is one of the kindest, intelligent, and patient doctors I have ever experienced. She is clearly an expert in her field. When you’re with her, you feel as if you’re the only person in her world. She make sure that all of your questions are answered, and thoroughly explains what’s going on with every tooth in your mouth! I have a huge amount of anxiety getting dental work done, but after several visits, it’s clear that her experience and her staff are all top notch. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else.
DO NOT GO HERE. The Dr. is very kind. However her receptionist will make mistakes and you’ll end up paying for them. I cancelled my appointment due to moving back to CA well within the cancellation window and now I am being charged a missed appointment fee. I even tried to call and rectify the situation with Megan (manager) and she was unpleasant and didn’t take responsibility for the mistakes of her employee.
