I live in Minnesota. I came home to take care of my mom for several weeks. I took my mom in to see Dr. Kristi Kotz. She was very professional at her job,very knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt at ease who was taking care of my mom.

Dr Kotz is an excellent primary care doctor and has spent significant time with me during my appointments explaining my current medical issues with great knowledge and detail.
Not impressed. Writes rxs for my mom that are addictive when she knows my mom is an alcoholic with a long history of mixing meds with alcohol. Fails to communicate with other docs and family placing patients in harm.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kotz for almost 9 years now. There have been times when they were not in my insurance plan and I still went and paid cash. That is how much I loyal her and her office. She will sit with me for as much time as I need and make sure that all my concerns are met. She does not send me out for unnecessary tests. My daughter loves he as well. I will follow her everywhere! I highly recommend her and every doctor at Palisades family practice. But she is a Gem.
Office staff has for decades been quite lacking in professional courtesy and customer service.

Unprofessional staff. They don't take the time to get to know your medical history which is very dangerous.
she was very uninterested in proper referrals which nearly cost me my life with subsequent mini strokes all because she didn't want extra paperwork!
