WholeLife is an absolutely unacceptable health facility. I scheduled a prenatal screening over the phone, completed all the necessary documentation clearly annotating it as a prenatal appointment, and yet, upon arrival, I was informed that there was a “miscommunication” and they hadn’t even registered it as a prenatal visit. DO NOT GO HERE***Unprofessional establishment. I called to confirm my OB appointment with Dr. King 2 weeks in advance just for them to say I was canceled due to not allowing any new patients... When I already made the appointment as a NEW PATIENT. I made the appointment needing emergency care asap and was lied to. Now my treatment is postponed after waiting 5 weeks to be seen in the first place. If you want to be considered a decent OBGYN clinic, then start by caring about the freaking patients.
