This is my first time writing a negative review. Having worked in customer service helping customers over 30 years, I found Kristen to be short, rude and unprofessional. She is intelligent and knowledgeable but lacks compassion in helping her customer. I would encourage her to be better with kindness, patience and listening to her customer. Kristen Streid did hearing test on me before I saw Dr. Tanya Samardzija for vertigo.
Very nice. Has been helping my son for many years. Helped us make choices on our hearing aid options. Was very honest on what would work best and what she wouldn't recommend.

Met with her twice. Very pushy and abrasive. I refused to get a hearing test from her the second time I saw her. If you enjoy rude people. She's the one. Absolutely terrible
