Even in the height of flu season the office is professional and prompt. Kristen is efficient, caring and thorough. Better than my PCP!
Kristen was very professional, caring and compassionate. The overall experience was pleasant( considering the reason I was there and the pain I was in). I never felt rushed yet the experience was completed quickly including the radiologist ready the results of my chest X-ray prior to leaving. Kristen answered all my and my wife’s questions without getting annoyed and explained in easy to understand language. I would definitely recommend Honor Health Urgent Care to any one one in need of urgent medical care.
Kristen listened to my needs as a patient and was able to help me out when I was in a quick time of need. I always appreciate this honor health facility. Would definitely love to come back and see her.
