I didn't relish the thought of getting updated "headshot" photos that reflect my age and I was somewhat uncomfortable when I left for my appointment, however Kristen put me at ease the moment I stepped out of the car. Kristen is professional and once we got into the session, I felt relaxed and trusted her judgement. The results speak for themselves, I would recommend her for any occasion the requires a professional photographer.
Kristen was not only a great photographer, but she's a fun, engaging, positive, encouraging person to work with. As you might imagine, getting my headshots taken (for the first time in 7 years) was a daunting undertaking. Clothes! Makeup! Shoes! Hair! It all felt a little overwhelming. I'm extremely uncomfortable in front of a camera and it shows - I often hate what I look like in pictures and think “is that what I really look like?”. As a middle-aged woman, it’s about time I accept and even embrace where I am now, and maybe finally get some keepsake images for my kids, my partner, for myself.
