I have been going to Dr. Carmichael for 9 years. She delivered my son and went above and beyond making me feel safe and care for. She is compassionate and kind. Always professional and is excellent at her job. She takes her time speaking with you and never rushes. I am really pleased with the level of care she has shown me and I can recommend her completely.
Had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Dr. Carmichael was very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. Did not feel rushed at all. Happy to have her as my OB!
I have never seen such an unprofessional office in my life I have been calling straight for 3 days, the calls go straight to a call center after waiting 20-30 min The call center reps say that they will send a message to the clinic and you will get a response within 48 hours There’s no other way of communication What age are we living in? You just have to keep waiting and hoping that someone will call you back, even if it’s urgent. The reps no matter what will not connect you to the clinic and the clinic will never call you.... read more
