Kristen’s energy is so inviting and safe. I saw her for my first visit today and I am so excited to have committed to biweekly sessions! Definitely not your average massage- Kristen’s understanding of the body’s fascia sets her apart from the rest and provides true healing opportunity for her clients. Thank you, Kristen! Covid has made life hard, but add adulting at the height of it all calling Kristen was necessary. Kristen communicated what she was going to do, went over what I needed focus on and she took care of me. I caught myself snoring - so I know I not only felt comfortable to be vulnerable it help Kristen do what she does best, take care of her clients. Will I be scheduling another massage you best believe it.
