We brought our senior cat, Mr Chips, for follow up blood work after he was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Dr Rao was so gentle with our shy guy during the visit. We've come to find out that he will in fact pee, when he gets nervous. Dr Rao and her assistant were so accommodating by placing a towel underneath of him while they finished their initial exam, and a puppy pad in his carrier before we left. As a new pet owner and new to the clinic, I was given a $25 introductory "first pet visit" price for the office visit. Great! I also expected to have to pay more for additional services like blood work, shots, etc. I received a confirmation email for my pet's appointment that said that we needed a fecal sample. I called the office to clarify and they told me that a fecal sample was NOT necessary. Now, I have to collect a fecal sample and bring it in on my own time because they DO need it. Great vet care, amazing staff. Genuinely appreciate the kindness given to my pets and myself.
I have been to different vets in the past but out of all of them this by far one of the best. The staff are super friendly and helpful so if you have to take your pets to see a vet this the one to go to.
