You have a great attitude and are helpful but please stop overprescribing antibiotics. Especially for tonsillitis. They can cause a lot of damage. I was with my cousin one time being treated by you. She had a slight fever and a tiny cough and you prescribed antibiotics. I thought that was totally unwarranted as she likely had a small cold. Antibiotics cause lots of damage to the natural microbiome in the gut and mouth and science is only now starting to understand the huge problem this is.
