Dr. Mitchell is nothing short of impeccable. Since 2024, she has been advocating for me for my gynecological issues and I have been driving 3 hours just to see her (I moved and had found 2 other GYNs near me in central Texas but they were dismissive and rude and so I knew I had to go back to see her) I was able to get my hysterectomy, and the recovery and scarring were minimal. Never felt much support from anyone other than the Doc. The office had no problem accepting insurance but getting them to do what was required of them (submitting paperwork, calling the carrier, etc) was always a hassle. About 1 in 3 staff members including their in house lab staff was a jerk. Tried to ignore it. Kept a plan of action throughout and was abruptly told to find someone else. Hadnt spoken to them much in the weeks before, but had been turning down all of what they tried to sell through their third party service.... read more
