She is a Rockstar! She is so much fun and she knows exactly what your hair needs. She takes the pictures or thoughts that you are wanting for your hair and she also takes into account the type of hair that you have. She then creates a masterpiece that leaves you feeling refreshed and brand new! So I decided to save money and colored my own hair. That did not end so well. My hair looked like a copper kettle without any color variation as box color will do. It was awful. Kristen fixed my hair which was amazing considering orange is not easy to work with. It looked amazing. Honestly so surprised on how awesome it looked.
