I had a wonderful experience with Kristen Maxwell. She actively listened, was personable, and was highly responsive in the portal. She does not deserve these low reviews for circumstances out of her control.
Stay away!! Scheduled an appointment with them and was told to arrive 30 min. early at the address listed, suite 202. Scheduled this at 9 a.m., then I am driving on the way over there at 2:17 for a 3 o clock appointment, and I get another call saying that this is a virtual appointment. Keep in mind this was 6 hours after they confirmed my original appointment and 13 minutes before my appointment. They had it listed on my appointment that I was coming in for a physical, when I specifically stated I was coming in because of li... read more
