Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my telehealth appointment. Ten minutes before the scheduled time, the MOA called to ask screening questions that should have been handled earlier. She was not happy with me at all when I asked her name. When the doctor finally joined, she was dismissive and visibly annoyed by minor technical hurdles, like not being able to initially hear then background noise. Had a virtual visit with Kristen. Very quick and from my perspective rude. Seeming to not care about my situation and only asking basic questions and was done. When asked a question I was given an unsure answer with attitude. I’ll make sure to never visit and waste my money with her again.

I had a wonderful experience with Kristen Maxwell. She actively listened, was personable, and was highly responsive in the portal. She does not deserve these low reviews for circumstances out of her control.
Stay away!! Scheduled an appointment with them and was told to arrive 30 min. early at the address listed, suite 202. Scheduled this at 9 a.m., then I am driving on the way over there at 2:17 for a 3 o clock appointment, and I get another call saying that this is a virtual appointment. Keep in mind this was 6 hours after they confirmed my original appointment and 13 minutes before my appointment.
