It’s hard to put into a small referral how big of a help Kristen was for our family but I’ll try my best. Very supportive and organized experience. We had some outside challenges that created delays but Kristen made sure we always had a plan in place to make sure everything we wanted still got done.
I would definitely recommend Kristen to someone who is looking to get a mortgage or refinance their home. She was incredibly helpful and made the process very smooth. The thing I appreciate most about Kristen is that she takes the time to provide an affordability sheet that outlines the different purchase options at different down payments, as well as estimating other living expenses so her clients have a thorough and realistic expectation of what their monthly costs are and what they can afford to pay when buying a home.
Kristen was excellent to work with. Always available for questions. It was a relief to have someone working in my corner for a change.
