A very good Dr.
Dr. Royer and the staff at this location were wonderful to work with! I feel compelled to negate the negative reviews left here. This is a good medical practice with caring staff.
I had an appointment with Dr Kidd scheduled for 7:30am, first appointment of the day. I had to be there at 7:15 to check in and see the nurse. We were done by 7:30. The nurse mentioned that she hadn’t seen the doctor before she came in so she hoped the doctor had arrived. At 7:35 I poked my head out the door and asked the nurse if the doctor got there. I was told they don't treat pain at this location. I was disregarded about my complaint post fall and was told that the MD wanted to research my chart. I wasn't given an x-ray or thorough eval nor offered suggestions for symptom relief. When I got x-ray from .somewhere else I had multiple feactures. Very rude, negligence on this practice and MD part.
I have be going to Family Medical Associates for 18 years. They have now lost not only my business, but my respect. The women at the front desk seriously can't be bothered. They are rude, insulting and filled with self importance. My recent experience with Dr Damek was jaw dropping. I had vomited for 5 days straight, suffered a fever for a month along with extreme fatigue and was concerned that I had something very serious underlying as a condition to be treated.
