Kristen is Amazing! I have seen her with all my babies and the advice and help she gave me was invaluable. If her area of expertise hit a bump in the road she opened up to other resources to get us back on track to have a successful nursing journey and I will forever be grateful.
I cannot say enough positive things about Kristen! She has saved my breastfeeding journey with both my little ones - the first time back in 2019 and now in 2024. Anytime I have questions she answers my emails or chats via phone - always getting back to me as soon as possible. Kristen worked with me in 2022 when I had my first child. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. As a FTM having trouble breastfeeding she was the most helpful provider that I had. She explained things well, communicated regularly, and gave me tons of guidance when it came to my son’s nursing journey. We saw Kristen Kratz for 4 sessions and then ended up transferring to another lactation consultant who offers home visits that feel more supportive to us. Kristen is very knowledgeable about breastfeeding and baby care; however, she is a rare lactation consultant who does not do home visits, and the office space she uses for consults is not (we felt) the most comfortable or welcoming place to bring a baby.
