Because of Ms. Jernigans INABILITY to file within the LEGAL time frame caused inefficiency in her work which caused great grief to the Family. She refused to respond back timely. She’s NOT a good lawyer at all folks. She is a half star if that.

Our family had hired attorney Kristen Elaine Jernigan to assist in a wrongful conviction appeal for one of our members. However, she breached the contract terms and deceived us by taking our money without delivering the promised service. Since then, she has been unresponsive to our attempts to contact her. It appears that she is running a scam operation and exploiting families who are in need of help. We strongly advise against using her services.
