The agents are so helpful. The agent, Destiny, was so thoughtful and gave me needed information, taking extra time to do so. She also returned my call when it was almost the end of the day. She is a wonderful asset to State Farm.
I was searching for insurance and came across Ms. Jackson, her agent, Ms. Rachel. She assisted me in finding the most suitable quote for my new vehicle and even recommended renters insurance as well. The entire process was smooth and thoroughly explained, which I truly appreciated.
Ms. Jackson is the best insurance agent on the planet! I have never had anybody help me who is at quick, efficient, timely, and helpful as she is. I never have to call her back: she calls me. She remembers every thing I have asked her to do for me. My sister has used her for insurance for years and I regret that I did to switch to her earlier.
