Do not trust this hospital tried to change schedule at the last minute after a month of waiting for my time schedule. Also Doctor needs to dress the part, not street clothes. that's why they advertise on TV. They can't get there own Business!!!!! You lost mine. hopefully I can find someone reputable
I was extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Kristen Otto at Moffitt. I came in with an active thyroid cancer diagnosis and post-surgical imaging showing an 8 cm structure in my neck. Despite clear signs that this structure could be residual thyroid tissue—including vascularity, echogenicity, and bilobed symmetry—Dr. Otto dismissed it outright, claiming it was just fluid and not worth further investigation. Dr. Otto is wonderful. She is professional, pleasant and takes the time to answer all my questions. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Otto and all the personel at Moffitt.
I had Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Dr. Otto did my surgery. What a Professional Dr. Otto was to me and my family, let me tell you something if you have what I had Dr. Otto is the best of the best. Thank you Dr. Otto and to Moffitt Cancer Center and staff for being excellent at what you all do!!!
