Dr. Frimpong-Boateng is, without a doubt, the absolute BEST doctor I have ever had. Being a plus size woman, I have always felt incredibly dismissed by the other doctors that I’ve seen with Kaiser Permanente, making Dr. Boateng such a breath of fresh air here. Dr. Kristen is very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step during my appointment. It was a great experience having a doctor listen and give positive feedback. She is by far the best doctor in the Kaiser network!!!
I 100000000 percent agree with the other reviewer who said if she ever left Kaiser it would be like losing the last piece of chocolate in a chocolate box. I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Frimpong. She listens to my sob stories and my crazy hectic life as I try to navigate 4 young kids while physically/mentally having some issues. I am extremely thankful to have Dr Boateng as my primary doctor. I have changed primary doctor multiple times in the past 5 years and finally have a sense of ease with Dr Boateng. She listens, makes you feel safe, and truly cares. Whether it’s a phone appt or in person I always feel that my concern was taking care of.
