Dr Gurtner came in at 5:30 on a Sunday morning to eliminate a kidney stone obstruction that had become septic, and saved my life. She humbly performed the procedure and sent me off to the ICU. 4 weeks or so later Dr Gurtner performed another procedure to eliminate a couple of big kidney stones that I could not pass. Dr. Gurtner listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a straight forward, easy-to-understand manner. Very easy to talk to. She’s a good surgeon and good communicator. Mine was a truly great experience. I can confidently recommend.
