Dr Fleager was amazing. She spent a lot of time with me at both visits. Her resume is incredible . I would completely trust her and her advice. She was personable. She listened. The wait time was short. I felt very happy to find her having just moved here eight months ago. She is definitely a winner.!!
Saw Dr Fleager in June, 2024 due to severe wrist and hand pain. X-rays were taken, although I never saw them until I requested they be forwarded to me and my family doctor. Dr. Fleager diagnosed me with arthritis and suggested an injection, which I did try. No other options were discussed and Dr. Fleager seemed to be in a hurry as I was still asking questions as she was backing out the door. Seemed rushed and flippant. Made a diagnosis of arthritis without really asking any questions and never showed me or discussed my X-rays. I later called to ask to have them forwarded to my family physician and was told by an assistant that they don’t do that because they are “ encrypted”. They did finally email them to me. All she offered was a steroid injection which 3 weeks later has made no difference. No other options were forth coming. I’m still in a lot of pain and am looking for another doctor.
I visited the office for an oddity on my hand pr. Dr Fleager a Dupuytren's contracture. She explained clearly what it was and what will happen to my hand in the coming years. She recommended a follow up in several years as for now it was too early to do anything. I know exactly what to look for now and when to contact her again.
Dr. Fleager Is a wonderful Doctor who takes the time to explain everything to you, so you are totally prepared for surgery. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing surgery. The entire surgery went well. Thank you Dr Fleager and Staff.
Dr. Fleager took such wonderful care of my Mom and I am very grateful for her compassion and expertise. My Mom even flew in from another state to have surgery with her. She is so good at explaining how things would go and the entire NTO staff and hospital staff were just amazing. Could not have asked for a better experience or team!
Horrific! I'd like to know why she did shoulder surgery on me but advertises that she is a hand specialist. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!
Not impressed at all! I went to see her about issues with my hands. She wasn't even in the room with me 5 minutes handed me a sheet with things I could try and that was it. I was not expecting nor looking for pain meds but maybe some exercises to try would have been nice. She acted like I was wasting her time and I felt completely rushed through my appointment. Never Again!
Dr. Fleager did my Ulnar Nerve surgery. I've seen her and her staff several times since that surgery and she has always listened and is a class act. I would happily refer my friends and neighbors to her.
