I started seeing Rachel Hall last year, and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She provides guidance and just makes me feel so understood. I can’t say enough great things about her and how much she’s helped my growth and my life through some really difficult situations.
Therapy sessions were about average or what you would expect. However, we didn't get an overview of how many sessions we might need. It was all about getting as many appointments set as possible. Felt too much like a money squeeze then psychological healing. I echo some of the other comments. Seems distant. Unanswered emails etc.

Kristen is a heart-centered compassionate therapist dedicated to helping others work through and overcome life's greatest struggles, and supports her team in the same. Her podcast "Close The Chapter," is a fabulous resource for individuals on their healing journey and professionals alike. I always learn something new whenever I listen.
I am not one to post reviews, but I felt this one needed to be posted. I was going through multiple life changes at once, had been out of work for a significant period, and could hardly afford to see a counselor, but I thought it was essential to work through my struggles with someone's assistance. I thought I was meeting with one of their therapists, but apparently, she felt differently.
