I have worked with Kristen for over 7 years now and love how she approaches therapy. She has great empathy and understanding and never makes me feel less than or out of touch when I have an issue. Between relationships, kids, and my childhood, we have talked about so much. I feel like she sees me where I am, and then we work our way out to a place I feel good in. When I think of counseling my mind immediately goes to Pathways to Healing. Walking into the lobby, you feel at home. Anytime I have encountered someone when in the lobby I’m greeted with a smile. I would refer anyone here. I have been seeing Rachel Hall for a few years now. I can honestly say she has saved and changed my life in more ways than one.
