Kristen is amazing! I’ve had many sessions over the years, and she is truly exceptional. she has a deep, intuitive understanding of body mechanics and movement, which is rare to find. I left feeling completely reset and much more centered. If you are looking for a professional who understands the importance of recovery and high-quality care, look no further.
