UPDATE: Dr Caldwell reached out quickly after this and I decided to try again. My appointment was good. Dr Caldwell took the time to talk to me which in my opinion is worth more than gold. I was at your office for a new patient visit. My insurance changed so I was in search of a new doctor. Did my research and saw great reviews and was excited to find a new doctor. I really wanted to like Dr. Kristen Caldwell and am really disappointed by how everything turned out. I scheduled my first prenatal appointment with Kristen and was told that they would do a urine pregnancy test and talk to me about NIPT testing (I was 10 weeks at the time) among other things at my first prenatal appointment. On the day of the appointment I get there and do a urine sample. Nurse says the people who do testing have left for the day so they will have to do it next time (still got charged for it though! $39, wh... read more
Dr Caldwell has been with me through three of my pregnancies and was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable. Each time we met, I felt like I had her full attention, and she willingly answered all my questions. I worked as a labor and delivery nurse and Dr Caldwell is as good as they come.
