Kristen is super knowledgeable and really in tune to what’s going on with your body. I had one treatment and was one of the best experiences out of very many I’ve had elsewhere.
I went to Kristen for my first prenatal massage I can simply say that I have not had a better night sleep in months than I did after visiting Kristen's home studio. Seriously slept like a rock after experiencing classic pregnancy sleeping discomfort for weeks. I will be booking again and hopefully for my partner as well!
