My family and I have been seeing Dr. Aguirre since she practiced at Dana Point, Oceanside, and now we visit her in Laguna Hills at her new practice. Her new office is so peaceful, and her staff is incredibly friendly. Special call out to Mona, Rebecca, Lynn, Megan, Mandy and Kathleen! I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep Dr Aguirre all to myself- she’s that good. I use to go to her at another practice back in 2016-2017 and received mole treatment, skin tag removals etc. When I learned she had left the practice I immediately knew I needed to find her again and follow her to her knee location. I wish she was my GP because she truly is a PHENOMENAL practitioner. Her work, her education, knowledge and bedside manners are unmatched. She will be my forever Dr!
I am sure that Doctor Aguirre IS qualified. But her office is the most unorganized mess I have ever dealt with. I got a referral to go to her over a month ago. I was told by my primary that they would reach out for an appointment. After over a week of not hearing from anyone, I called....and was put on a 45 minute hold. Someone came on and said they couldn't schedule me yet, but they would call back in a week. It's been two weeks and I called back in today to find out what's going on. Dr Aguirre is very caring, explains everything very well, and is very skilled as a doctor. She was able to remove a spot in my forehead and examined a bump I felt behind my ear and said it was cancerous. She removed it as well. She also froze some precancerous spots in my face. I have had a history of skin cancers and have had some difficulties getting dermatology appointments with Kaiser. I had no problems getting into see Dr. Aguirre.
