We used Luscher for two separate evaluations after she had chosen her favorite (the mother) in our case. After our divorce was filed, she abandoned all three of my daughters with me. As time went on, her (ex-wife) physical abuse continued towards my daughters. Even as far as one of them being sent to Children's Hospital in New Orleans and interviewed at the Audrey Hepburn Center. I agree with an earlier posting that Dr. Luscher is dangerous. She should never have the right or privilege to conduct a custody evaluation since she cannot do so with an open and objective perspective. The recommendation she made in a case involving my son was contrary to the previous rulings of 2 judges, 1 custody evaluator, and 1 pediatrician. My view is she fails to make a recommendation based on the "best interest of the child" but decides based on the parent she prefers.

This woman is DANGEROUS, indeed! Prior to seeing her with my children, which was only ONCE and for less than 45 minutes, I had SOLE custody of BOTH children since their birth - as the father of the youngest a) didn’t want the child b) was convicted of domestic abuse battery on more than one occasion and had his appeal denied (once when I was pregnant, other times in front of the minor child).
