The Owner has no business in any Business, They lacks accountability and hes always right, They increased price over 400% from original price and lied, He refused picking my calls when I challenged the Billing, My Goods is still with them for more than 3 months now as against the 2 weeks he promised and yet I am asked to pay $250 from agreed $40, This like their 2nd or 3rd time doing this unsolicited increase and I can't just accept the cheat this time around. Please help if you know how I can report this Business.

It’s been over 2months no news. They charge you for air cargo, but use sea cargo. They lie and are also unprofessional. They are no longer receiving my calls. Do not go there.
I sent a package to this courier for international shipping but it has not been received by the recipient....it has been nearly two months...no one has given me information regarding status
