My partner and I each had a massage, facial and pedicure today, and she spent quite a bit of time with the two of us — with endless patience and the loveliest energy. The whole experience felt thoughtful and unrushed, from the calming tea and little nibbles to the peaceful holiday atmosphere. Her personalised skincare advice was genuinely helpful and never pushy, just a touch of well-timed expertise. We walked out feeling relaxed, cared for and thoroughly in our holiday mode. A gorgeous experience.
