I’ve been training with Krista for the past 5 years, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Before I started her classes, I was struggling with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. What really sets her apart is the community she has built - these women support each other and celebrate each other's success on a regular basis. Krista genuinely cares about each person she trains and pushes us all to be stronger than we thought possible. Joining her classes has been one of the best decisions I've made and I can't recommend Krista Vella Fitness enough!
