I started with Krista a year ago. I had gone to my physical and it had gone really bad. High cholesterol, fatty liver, high blood pressure. My doctor wanted to put me on medication right away. I told him to please give me a few months to do something and that’s how I found Krista. I started working out with her everyday and eating healthier. My doctor wanted me to go back in 30 days to get blood work done just to see if I was doing something. Just in 30 days my blood pressure was back to normal, my cholesterol was almost bac... read more
