Krista was lazy and not helpful at all during the time we were buying our FIRST home. Working with Krista at Fairway Mortgage was an incredible experience! Several things stood out during the process, not only with how Fairway works, but how she communicated with us during our loan processing. Fairway charges a straight fee instead of a combination of points and loan origination fees based on sales price, therefore saving us a significant amount of money.
