They close their phone lines instead of replying to patients - bad service !!!
I’m seeing her for a procedure today. My appt was scheduled for 12:15 and it is now 1:45 and I still haven’t been seen. I also did not receive any procedural prep instructions. Had I known the DR was an hour behind I wouldn’t have asked someone to drive me here and wait. Just terrible customer care.
A people's person professional eye care place But the person that is always there that ask and put drops in your eyes was just so rough when she held open my eye "hurt" This was very unprofessional like and I told the Dr Scott about this I will not return to the once great office !
