Krista is a fabulous real estate agent to work with and always goes the extra mile for her clients. She is very responsive throughout the transaction which creates a smooth and stress-free process for everyone involved. From a Loan Officer's point of view, there aren't enough positive things to say about working with her. She is a cut above the rest!

Did not disclose heavy water intrusion and mold on sellers disclosure. Flip flopped between not knowing, claiming it was disclosed, and claiming it was a new issue, as well as claiming it was a bathroom leak, and finally settled on a leak from a dehumidifier (2 large ones not there previously). Would not allow me to get a professional out there to assess but tried offering her personal cash on the side to make the deal go through.
