This PA was friendly enough during the visit, but apparently unaware that patient care extends beyond the 15 minutes you spend in the exam room. Her lack of follow-up and follow through resulted in my infant arriving with a foot concern and ultimately developing a leg concern. My child's pediatrician and now orthopedic surgeon contact me via phone with all follow-up and it wasn't until after filing a grievance and vehemently pursuing my child's aftercare for 2 months that I received a phone call from this provider to schedul... read more
