The one star reviewer claimed to "never give one stars" actually did it 5 out of 7 times (71%). As a patient I can say with confidence Krista is experienced, smart, safe (you can be totally transparent to get to the root of the problem), & she flexibly makes herself available at several south locations. Her staff do whatever they can to get you in quickly; plus get your demographics & info in the system ahead of time to save time.
I'd give one star if I could. Arianna who answers the phones and does referrals is extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending and should not work with patients. This office takes weeks to get over vital documents that could really benefits patients health. I never write bad reviews but I don't want someone to have to go through what I have here.
