We had an excellent experience. the entire staff was very professional and courteous. We were very well informed as to how the procedure would progress. I definitely like the "text at every stage". Communication is key!
Lied about insurance not approving appointment cancelling day of procedure.
If you are pregnant DO NOT come here. They will not advocate for you. I come for my 20 weeks ultrasound just for it not to be properly made. I was advised by one of there staff that I could call and do it and apparently that wasn’t the case at all!!! I also told them I am waiting to get into a dentist, and I currently have a tooth infection and would like some antibiotics. Was ignored. The doctor said nothing and put nothing in. This hospital is pathetic just had my leg removed here and have to beg to get pain medicine and the fact that this hospital treats you like there prisoners because they refuse to let you be discharged because they are having to much fun robbing the insurance by forcing you to stay when at home would be much better care it's so bad that you ring the nurse bell and it takes over a half hour to get a nurse to your room very very sketchy hospitals with 70 percent of the nurses with major attitudes the hospital is a joke I wouldn... read more
