If you are looking for a holistic, relaxing, in tune massage; look no further. Christina is an excellent therapist on all levels. Melts your stress away with her hands and energy. Could not recommend her more wholeheartedly!
Christina is so magical! She was so considerate and thoughtful about my individual needs before, during, and after the massage. Very communicative and asked questions to learn about what was helpful during the massage to make sure she could support me the best.
Krista taught me how to be gentle with my mind and my body. How to move through my day with love, understanding and compassion for my past, my present, my mental state and my physical state. Krista is an incredibly compassionate therapist who actively listens and creates a safe space. She is so intuitive while also being a grounded practitioner. I feel amazing after my session with her. Her approach is gentle (which is the best way to work with fascia IMO) and because of the care given to the body, the fascia responds much better.
