I was able to buy food there, there was this really nice guy, fun to talk to, would love to shop there again

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Just needed a propane exchange. I set the tank right outside the cage. My wife was 5 feet from it. There was no one else in the store.She rang me up but then refused to do the swap. She washed counters answered the phone and ignored me. When asked her to help, she told me she would do it when she was ready. I said I’m ready and she continued to make comments back to me. I told her to just open the cage and exchange the tank.
