Good product - Maybe. Good service - NO! – I ordered product from Kriss Cosmetics after reading a very positive article in the LA Times. My order was placed February 1 and my card debited on the 6th. When I did not receive the product by the 16th of February, I sent an e-mail expressing concerns. The e-mail I got back from a company rep was rude and unprofessional.
