Used to be better. Just back in May 2024 seems like. Big changes have happened, and the cool music girls are gone. The "new menu" and the Asian dudes created confusion with my order. I had to drive back because they forgot a side. I guess I was hoping for compensation, like extra potato wedges they forgot to begin with for my drive. I should have checked my order. Food needs to be fresher. The chicken was really good but a bit on the dry side. It looked like it was there for a while. The place was also not too inviting or appealing. I actually bought it because of a previous experience elsewhere, and I absolutely loved it, but this place, in general, has room for improvement. The lady behind the counter was very nice btw and to me, that means a lot, so I will give this another try based on her attitude and maybe get some times as to when I can buy this fresh.
Husband - Had a little time to kill and had always wondered about this Krispy Krunchy Chicken joint, so I asked the attendant what she recommended. They were in the process of closing early, but the chicken sandwich; which had to be made, is what she recommended because "it's kind of fire."
