They are not in compliance with their visa merchant agreement they require a minimum purchase on all card transaction which is against their visa agreement and when I told the cashier they can't require minimum purchase on debit cards she stated she didn't care and wouldn't allow me to purchase my item (beverage) unless I brought more items they have been doing this for years and its time to put to a stop it violates us as consumers and visa merchant agreement I've notified visa and took pictures of the sign they have posted... read more
